For the face to face session of the project 4 working meetings will be held internationally. 4 members from each organization will join the meetings. Meetings are important parts of maintaining a proper communication within the team and minimize project risks.
1. (February, 2020) The first meeting will be held in Turkey in order to determine the implementation of the project (activities, stages of the case study, methodology), and expected results of the project (sharing good practices).
2. (May, 2020) The second meeting will be held in Greece in order to monitor activities and coordination in the first year of the project.
3. (November, 2020) The third meeting will be held in Malta in the second year of the project to coordinate work on the development of expected results of the project.
4. (May, 2021) The last reunion will be held in Italy for assessing the results of the project, deciding on final report of the project, dissemination of the good practices and sharing experiences.
